Founded in early 2005, BCD Worldwide is a multi-faceted and full-service hybrid broadcast firm utilizing proven applications and its vast expertise towards program development, national syndication and asset management. These applications include radio content development, station clearance, back-room support systems; terrestrial, satellite and new technologies platforms; radio asset management through existing signal evaluation and suggested changes towards maximizing asset valuation; and, station brokering services.

President/CEO Chuck Duncan has amassed a radio career that spans 27 years of local, regional, national and network sales, sales management, station management and station ownership. In 1979 be began his radio sales career in Tucson with Surrey Broadcasting's KAIR/KJYK. In 1981 he moved across town to Western Cities Broadcasting's KNST/KRQQ, and was then transferred in 1983 to WCB's sister stations, KZZP A/F, Phoenix, as Sales Manager. After WCB's then- historic sale to Nationwide Communications in 1985, he joined the national sales representation team of Katz Radio/Chicago. He was promoted to Senior Account Executive in 1988. In 1990 Duncan departed the national sales arena and joined Classical 98.3 WFMR in Milwaukee as GSM in 1990 and was named General Manager in 1992.
In early 1993 he transitioned the Concert Music Broadcast Sales Midwest Regional Manager position prior to launching the One-On-One Sports Radio Network in late '93. During the next 11 years he played an integral role in One-On-One Sports' growth and development with affiliate distribution, sales, marketing, strategic alliances and its Owned and Operated station acquisitions. He was involved in content acquisitions and alliances including The James Brown Show, The Troy Aikman Show, The Tim Brando Show, The Papa Joe Chevalier Show, international play-by-play distribution of World Cup '94, the University of Michigan football, The University of Washington football and basketball, USC football and basketball, NFL Players' Inc., NFL Europe, NFL Monster Monday, Triple A Baseball All-Star broadcasts, Arena Football, XM Satellite Radio and the American Forces Radio Network. Duncan was named Executive Vice President of One-On-One Sports in 1998. In 2000 One-On-One Sports became Sporting News Radio following the acquisition by Paul Allen's Vulcan Sports Ventures and a branding merger with The Sporting News. Duncan departed Sporting News Radio in 2004 prior to Vulcan's sale to Advanced Publishing to form Broadcasters Creative Decisions, LLC (d/b/a BCD Worldwide).
BCD's focus spans myriad content, revenue and expansion arms within the terrestrial, satellite and new technologies arenas including:
- Distribution of existing content via existing satellite channel(s);
- Original content development and distribution;
- Affiliate clearance and back-room support (affidavits, technical) via traditional barter arrangement with affiliates;

- Exploration/fulfillment of content distribution agreements with Sirius/XM Satellite radio platforms;
